Orange Balloon Race - Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, except Orange employees, agents or their families or any company associated with this competition. In the event that a prize is won by an individual less than 18 years of age acceptance of the prize will be confirmed with the person’s legal guardian.
There is no limit to the number of daily prize draw entries that an individual may make.
Only one entry per email address is permitted for the Grand Prize competition.
Every time a participant collects five stars during the race they create an entry into the daily prize draw. There is no limit to the number of daily prize draw entries a participant can have.
No purchase is necessary.
All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
By giving us your email address you enter the prize competitions and agree to us contacting you about the Balloon Race.
Orange shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, corrupted or mis-transmitted. Proof of submission of your entry is not proof of receipt.
The winner will be notified by email.
The balloon race is active between midday on June 23rd, 2008 and midday on June 30th, 2008.
The grand prize is a holiday to Ibiza worth £16 500. All individuals going on the holiday must have a valid passport for the dates of the holiday and be permitted to travel to Ibiza.
The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
The winner of the Grand Prize is the individual whose balloon travels the most internet miles (or fraction of thereof) during the promotion, as determined by the software system supporting the promotion. For the purpose of this promotion, an internet mile is covered every time a balloon crosses a complete web page.
In the event that the winner of the Grand Prize fails to or is unable for any reason to accept the prize or cannot be contacted within 28 days of the conclusion of the race, Orange reserves the right to award the prize to the participant whose balloon travelled the next furthest distance. This process will be repeated until a valid prize winner is found.
Winners of the daily prizes will be selected at random from the prize draw entrants of that day by an independent judging panel.
If the winner of a daily draw prize fails to or is unable for any reason to accept the prize or cannot be contacted within 28 days of the conclusion of the race, Orange reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant drawn at random.
Orange reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value and, in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
The winners and guests may be required and therefore consents to taking part in some publicity for Orange as required.
The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
